BBQ 500 is made up of three simple pieces :
1- The ember tray of a size compatible with that of the grid also serves as a support.
2- The rotating grid on which the food is placed.
3- The tongs allow you to grip and turn the grill for even cooking without the risk of burning.
The BBQ 500 is perfect for all our home ovens, wood or gas. The steel grate is resistant to temperatures up to 1,000 °C.

Cooking Tips:
You can choose one of two cooking methods: by filling the tray with the coals to grill at a high temperature or by placing the tray next to the fire to cook more slowly at a low temperature. 
You can also open the door to increase the circulation of hot air (convection cooking) or close it to replicate the traditional barbecue process to make the meat even tastier.
